Originally from Iraq, Vivian has been our admin assistant for the last year, managing various aspects of bookkeeping, invoicing, customer service, payroll and generally holding us together.
EVON, Chef, kitchen manager and Trainer
Evon, originally from Iraq, has been with us almost from the very beginning when we perfecting our recipes and sticking black and white labels on tin-tie bags. She has coached every trainee in our kitchen. And if you think our granola is perfect--well you can bet it's becauase of her.
Monika, Director of Strategic partnerships
Monika brings over 20 years of experience of working on funds development, marketing and communication, and community relations.
BOLAJoKO, Assistant kitchen manager, TRainer
Bola, originally from Nigeria, joined us as our Servesafe expert, after graduating from the Amos House culinary program. If you'd like to learn how to mix 250 lbs of granola in an evening, she'll be happy to provide a lesson. Just stop by.
MAITHAM, SALES REPresentative AND TRAINER
Maitham Talal is sales rep and trainer at the Hope Street Summer and Wintertime Farmers Market in Pawtucket. He also manages many of our wraparound services, like all those midnight rides home for our trainees after a kitchen shift.
ZAID, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY MANAGER
Zaid, originally from Iraq, is our shipping and delivery manager, and longtime sales representative and trainer at the Coastal Growers' Farmers Market.
